We collect your data in order to process your grant application. This may mean that the data in your application form will be shared with:
- the board of trustees of the Christian Book Promotion Trust, registered charity 255001, to help them make a decision about your application
- the bookshop designated to fulfil your book and DVD order
Your data will not be shared with anyone else for direct marketing purposes nor will it be transferred overseas (except if you are applying from overseas and your order may need to be fulfilled by international agents).
Your data will be stored for 18 months after your application is made in order to process your grant and for post-grant survey and feedback.
Under data protection law, you have the right to access, change, restrict, make portable or erase your personal information at any time. To do so, you need to contact the Data Controller using the details at the top of this notice. If you are not happy with our data compliance or we do not satisfactorily resolve any complaint you may have, you should contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
